This marks an exciting new chapter for ISN. Joining forces with KubeNet - a leading UK technology company - follows on from their recent £2.25 million investment from Maven Capital Partners to accelerate growth and expand capability. This strategic move allows us to strengthen our offering, broaden our reach, and continue delivering high-quality services to our clients with even greater resources behind us.
KubeNet is a Glasgow-based ISP and trusted provider of secure, scalable IT infrastructure, cloud, connectivity, voice, cybersecurity, and IoT solutions. Supporting more than 400 businesses across the UK and internationally, their customer-first, reliable, and innovative approach strongly aligns with our own. Like ISN, they are dedicated to long-term partnerships, technical excellence, and delivering tailored support that meets each client’s unique operational needs.
While ISN will continue to operate as a distinct business in the short term, we are now part of a larger organisation with shared ambitions for growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional value to customers.
